If I save 25k every year to invest, how should I do it?

My significant other and I live off of one income and save the other to invest in real estate. If we have between 25k-30k every year to reinvest, what should be our plan? We are interested in rentals and in the future flipping homes also interests us. We’d like to aggressively invest in building a rental portfolio over the next 10 years. We live in Greensboro, North Carolina.
