Rent or Sell , that is the question ?
I have a property just outside the Orlando area it’s a 4 bedroom 2.5 ba home holding approximately 70k in equity. Rental market is also extremely high and strong right now. The question is with so much equity do I sell and take the cash or rent to pay off in 10 years. Interest rate is phonomonal and only owe about 155k.
Points
1.) out of state rental.
2.) could use cash to re invest locally on several doors.
Could think of more but you get the idea. I figure if anyone has real advise it’s bigger pockets. Thanks for you help !!!

@Jennifer Story this is a no-brainer. Keep the property and do what you have to do to get the equity out in a manner other than selling.
