Starting a STR property management business - what's in a name?

Hi all,

I would really value some thoughts here please! I recently gave up my full time employment to focus on STR property management which I had been doing on the side until now. With the company name I was initially thinking I should use something which would allow me to expand to other locations and still use the same name, so not to include my area. However, just recently I have been thinking more about this and while I am growing my business I am just going to focus on my home town area. I also have plans to connect with the local community so that I can offer guests discounts to local independent shops and restaurants etc. which will be beneficial for all. I still plan to be able to branch out to other areas in the long term, but I'm wondering if it may be better to include my locality as part of the company name as I think it could add a more community feel as well as be beneficial in searches making my company easier to find. Am I right in thinking that if I branch out to another area, I can use the same name but with a different locality attached to it? Thinking these would all just tie into one website.

I haven't decided the name yet, but as an example I choose the company name Smarthost. I could then run Smarthost Portsmouth, Smarthost Brighton and Smarthost Worthing and they all tie into smarthost.com?

Do you think I am along the right track  with this or I am unnecessarily over complicating things?!

Many thanks in advance for your help!
