NEED ADVICE SOLO 401K / ROBS / CASH OUT???

Hello All,

Looking for advice. I am retiring from my current job and my family is relocating to South Alabama. I plan on getting my real estate license and working as an agent. I also have some money in my pension plan that I would like to use for real estate investing or RE business startup. The issue is how do I get to the cash flow for income? Solo 401k cash flow has to go back into the plan. ROBS has to be a C Corp and seems to be over kill if I am just starting out and not ideal for holding property. Cashing funds out I take a huge hit. I am just trying to figure out the best way to structure a business and tap into my retirement funds but also draw an income. Any ideas on business structure or advice on how to make this happen, please send it my way. Thanks!!
