@Marquita Moore Best way to find a buyers list is to show up to REI meet ups. Let every one at the meeting know who you are and what you do. You will get a collection of business cards and contact info. Save it. When you have a deal come along, you will know who is looking. I would also ask each contact you get what they are looking for and where. It will then give you and idea of what area is hot and what investors are looking for.

This will only get you so much info. There are a lot of serious investors that won't waste too much time unless you already have a deal ready to go. Don't let not having a buyer's list hold you back. Get out there and find a deal. Once you have that deal, you post it on craigslist, use meet up to comment on every group in Houston, talk with any agents to see if they have investor clients. Once you have a deal, you will find out who is actually investing.
