Starting over with 100k

I think the question gets asked all the time to experienced investors, "If you only had 10k to invest, knowing what you know now, how would you get started? What would you do if you could start all over?"

I'd like to pose a variation of this common question. What would you do if you were starting over with 100k? Would you approach real estate investing differently if you weren't so strapped for cash?
