Deciding between two firms to join. Which one?
I'm a new agent and have two firms that I can sign with. One is with Keller Williams. The KW in my area seems great from everything I have heard and from the interview. The other option is with a small team (9 agents) which has been a top five selling team in the state the past two years. I would already have leads from day one. The commission for this one is a good bit lower than KW, but I think I would be able to hit the ground running with them. With KW I can get to 100% commission. KW also seems to have excellent training, but I would be more on my own starting out as far as getting leads and business. I don't think I can go wrong, but want to make the right choice.
