Substitute Trustee Sale
Im a newbie trying to wholesale deals. I went to my local courthouse and found some notices:
1. Trustee sale by substitute trustee
2. Citation on application for probate by posting
3. Notice of trustee sale
4. Notice of sale
I did some research and found some of the owners. What Do I do next:
1. Run comps & call owners to make a offer
2. Wait til the dates posted on the notices
3. Find buyers
