Fresh to Wholesaling in DFW

Hello my name is Kris and I've been interested in wholesaling for the past 5 years but have really been learning everything strong in the wholesaling business this past year. I've decided it's time to start trying to find my first couple of deals. I have actually came across different properties but was interested in building a buyers list as well as just network with fellow newer wholesalers and experienced wholesalers. Any advice and or recommendations when starting are welcome. Thanks.

@Kris Martinez, It sounds like you have done a fair amount of research and you are probably ready to jump in. There isn't much barrier to entry to wholesaling so you'll find out soon enough the competition is tough. You are going to knock on a lot of doors and owners will tell you that a new wholesaler is there every week. Don't get discouraged. Building off of Ryan Blake's advice, just start looking for leads and deals. If you find a good deal, the buyer will be much easier to find than the property. I am a realtor in Fort Worth and have a list of investors I work with. So, feel free to reach out to me when you start finding deals! Good luck Kris!
