Finally decided to jump in, but I can’t find the water

I have been a part of PB for 2+ years now. I’ve read multiple real estate books, including BP’s “Beginners Guide” (several times). I’m what I call a “Professional Novice” Finally I’ve gone over, around or under my barriers. I am now faced with reality. I don’t have capital or disposable income. What I need is a practical path to start here in NYC. I am willing to apprentice with a company, solo investor or any combination thereof.
