Flix and flip newbie

Great BP community! I am new to investment and looking to invest the money via company called PIP Group. I am only looking for a fix and flip program. Anyone here worked with PIP and how’s your experience? I saw couple of people not happy with their tax lien business offerings but wanted to see if anyone invested in their f&f program. I am a newbie with cash to invest. Thank you!
