this post is focused primarily on wholesale and branches off into joint ventures, I have questions on which style of whole is the most effective in terms of finding the buys first or finding the seller first, the segment in to joint ventures and how exactly do they work with the whole contacting and payment, how should you agree on profit splits legally on paper as well as what clauses should go into a contract of a JV if any following with how and when is EDM due and who would be responsible for it in both solo wholesale as well as JV. Thank you for your time I hope this wasn't to much to as I'm really trying to learn the in's and out's of this. I'm looking forward to everyone's input God bless
