Why Spokane for first time REI?
Good day fellow investors,
It had come to my attention, Spokane is a really great market for first time investors. With roughly 40% of the population in rentals, it makes for a win win situation for first time investors. If you are looking to purchase a single family property under $150,000 and rent it out from $1200-$1400, then Spokane is the place to be!
