Tips For Beginners: Wholesaling vs. Multi-Family

Hey guys! 👋🏽 I wanna thank you guys in advance for any responses and feedback I may get. As the discussion subject implies, with a small amount of capital to invest, would wholesaling or small multi family units be the best course of action. I’ve recently started taking an interest into realty, for its many challenges and benefits. But after getting on to BP I feel a little more confused with where to start, there’s just so much information and rabbit trails to follow. I guess I’m just looking for a place/route to FOCUS on...as a beginner. Thanks again for reading/responding. David Q.
