House Hack Beginner - North Little Rock, Arkansas

Hey Everyone, 

I posted a few months ago about looking to buy my first property. After a few months I'm finally under contract for a 4 bed, 3 full bath in North Little Rock Arkansas. My goal is to house hack this first property. It was bought with stand alone rental criteria however I need a place to live while I'm here in Little Rock! 

Looking for lessons learned for first time buyers or house hackers alike so I can attempt not to travel the same path! The biggest concern I have moving forward is effective management as a landlord/my own tenant and choosing roommates who won't make me want to rip my hair out!

The house needs minor work and updates, all priced into the deal, however the leg work is mine to do!
