Hello everyone! My name is Daphanie Schenk and I am brand spanking new to real estate. What sparked my interest was wholesaling, however I personally think that I should get my real estate license first. What is the process and fees associated with obtaining your real estate license in the state of South Carolina? Can take all of the required courses online?
