Can I rent a part of my home as workspace rental
I’m trying to rent out my home. Every piece of it. Has anyone tried to rent out their garage as a workspace? My garage is not a typical garage. Parking is still available by law but I wanted the space for art, building software apps, my entrepreneur space. I had a life event happen and I need to rent out every corner of my home. I have a 3bd 1bath house, a large granny flat, and my 550 sq ft workspace. I was trying to rent it as a package deal with the granny flat since that it is on top of the workspace. perfect for someone who wants to separate work and life. sleep relax upstairs, work/be creative downstairs.
