Hi all!

I am wondering what websites or tools some of you use to analyze a market? IE how do you better understand what neighborhoods to look at. I am trying to find a tool to compare crime rates, schools, median income, vacancy rates, and so on. I am already in contact with agents but want to look into some numbers myself.

Anything helps!
