How can I find a Real estate investor mentor?

I'm looking to up my game in real estate but I feel that books, podcast, seminars, and courses can only get me so far. I've read so many books saying that say a successful mentor that is willing to show you the right way is best, but ××× HOW & WHERE can I find Real estate investor mentor willing to help me out (Paid works aswell) as long as I'm side by side learning the way that he or she does deals and can take me throught the whole process. @Nicolas Carrasco You may want to check out your local real estate investment club. Find someone who is doing what you want to do. Be sure you find someone whose personality works with yours. Offer to help them out any way you can (even if for free) in exchange for learning from them. Networking is more of an art than an exact science. It may take a few times for you to visit and/or meet before you find someone you can work with. Good luck!
