Digging in the FilePlace Mine

Just getting started and heard about the FilePlace on podcast 229. I figured I'd take a quick look and maybe snag a few checklists and a tool or two to help me start analyzing properties. About 15 minutes later I'm 3 years back in time with 35 (literal) tabs open. Anyone have favorites? On or off the popular downloads page.
