Hello, I’m Issac. I’m from California and I’m 22 years old. I currently am employed, making a good amount of money that I have been saving, most of my income I’ve put into a savings account. I am super motivated and ready to invest in my future. I have been hearing BiggerPockets for about a month now and I am not sure where I should start, I also should mention I have an excellent credit score but not enough credit history as this pretty much is my first steady job. I’m looking forward to being apart of this great RE group. Thanks!

Hi Issac, Welcome to BiggerPockets! Real estate investing is a great wealth building tool that can lead to financial freedom. Before you jump in and start investing, I definitely recommend educating yourself on the various methods and strategies for investing. Start with BiggerPockets podcast Episode 1, and begin listening to them while heading to and from work. I also highly recommend reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. Also sign up for your local real estate investing association. The first meetings are usually free for new investors, and is a great place to meet other local investors, contractors, insurance agents, realtors etc. Best of luck to you!
