Hi everyone, 

I'm an investor in Portland, OR looking to purchase my first buy and hold multiplex rental in Jacksonville for long term cashflow. I have the cash for a financed purchase and moderate renovations. 

I started this a few months ago and had to put things on hold for personal reasons, but am ready to start things back up.
