Lead based paint in old house
Hello Everyone,
I'm new to BP and just got into rental property investment. I'm interested in buying a bank owned house that is asking for $80K. The rental price is expected to be around $1,500 monthly. However, it states that lead based paint potentially exists. The house was built in 1905. Is lead based paint a serious problem? Can it be fixed?
Thanks for your time to read and answer my questions.
