I just joined bigger pockets and not sure if I’m even doing this right, but anyway, I’m 18 years and have grown extremely interested in real estate over the last year and would like to pursue a career in it. I’m particularly interated In house flIppIng but also like the concept of wholesaling. Anyway like most 18 year olds I am pretty much as broke as they come. Are their ways to get into these industries without any capital and if so how do I get started or do I continue on with school and do as much research as I can on the way.
