Finding landlords for properties

Good morning,

I am trying to locate owners of distressed properties in the DC area. I have their address however I need a phone number, email, or personal address (not their rental unit). I am currently looking through court records which has been somewhat helpful. Does anyone know of any other way I can locate more information on a property?
