Hi BP, I am new to this site and live in Long Beach Ca and am looking for someone that has been established in the investor game for a while. I am currently 27 and I have a W2 job and I make about 65k a year and have decent credit. I am very coachable and very easy teach. I have concerns such as the very expensive market I’m in. I am also willing to relocate to another part of Los Angeles if that helps me. My goal for this first year is to “house hack” for a while and buy a duplex but before I do I won’t feel right until I meet and get to know my peers in the game that can show me a thing or two to help confidence build in my decision making. I know you all probably hear this all the time but i am very serious and am ready for the long hard road and work ahead of me! Thanks so much for reading and hope to hear from some of you! Brandon
