Looking for advice on maximizing first deal(s)
Hello,
I want to invest in rental property to develop cash flow. I'm most interested in 4 plexes.
I have $10K to invest and plan to have two separate family members who would be first time homeowners buy two separate 4 plexes with 3.5% down. The 10K (gifted) would split between them and used as DP money (approx. 5K each).
Does this sound like a strategy for maximizing the 10K that I have to work with?
How can this be taken a step further in order to aquire more property?
Thanks, Bonton
