Insurance on a structure purchased in a PA repository sale?

Hello all.

Last year we purchased a small garage property through a repository sale here in Pennsylvania. We've had the tax deed since December 2017 and are finally ready to start doing work to it. We haven't gone through the process of getting the actual deed yet. Our question is basically how do we insure the place itself? Not sure what route to take if any. Thanks in advance for the help!
