What is a good rate to expect from investors?
I am newer to the real estate world. I currently have a functioning business and am looking to expand. I will be sending out mailers to get new deals and I have been looking for investors to back me. In 2016 I was involved in around 5 flips and 2017 10, now I am currently looking into buy and hold to give me a steady passive income and flipping to supplement as I go. As my subject line states I am curious, what should I expect to be offered from investors? I have some lined up at 10 on 10 right now, but would prefer a better rate. All of the homes I plan on purchasing would be paid off in no more than 10 years.
