Evaluating real estate agents

Hi everyone, When determining what real estate agent to work with, what kind of questions do you ask them to see if they would be a good fit? I've seen posts that mention that some agents dont know what investors are looking for in a good investment deal. So are there questions you ask them to see if they have the right mindset? Or perhaps its more about giving them good criteria? If so what kind of criteria do you give to an agent?
