Advise on first prospective property

Hello Biggerpockets family. My name is Harry from Worcester MA. This is my first post. New to real estate, my wife and I have been educating ourselves in real estate, interested in flipping and brrrr strategies. Looking for distressed and owner financing properties. I stumbled upon a complex with over 100 units for sale. I know it's a bit more to chew on for our first property. Any advise?
