What is the best way to find some deals... I’m a young investor wanting to get started I’ve Listened to the podcast for about 2 years now and have learned so much but I’m still struggling to find my first deal... oh when I say young I’m 19 lol I’ve got about 25k saved away and I want to be wise with how I use it... any suggestions??
