What's the best way to find money to start in real estate?
I currently have read and listen to information on how to invest. I'm confident in the strategy I have. However, the current part is I only have maybe $20k of equity on my home. I have $10k in a line of credit. Both of these have to be paid back if I use them.
I know the area I want to buy in.
What do I do first. Then how do I get money to pay for the renovations I need?
