Seeking Someone for Real Estate Advice

Hello everyone. I'm looking for someone to give me investment advice from time to time, or I guess you can say that I'm seeking Mentors. I know people have busy schedules but it would be appreciated if someone could oblige. I'm in the N.E. Ohio area and just trying to figure out what strategies would be best for my situation. I do have a couple of properties that I own and my credit score is good (about 805). So like I said, if anyone could take the time, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
