Mixing vacation rental and personal use?
I was talking through a Dario with a friend and I was hoping for some feedback.
Let’s say I have $100,000 to put down and I want a beach from property; East coast. Can I get enough occupancy with a property management company to break even, with a week of summer personal use?
Or should I put 100,000 in a safe investment. And spend ~$4000 on the vacation from investment interest.
Furthermore is it bad business to mix in personal use.
