A question on making an offer
I've always used a real estate agent, to make an offer for a property. Recently, I've been hearing that RE investors are making offers on their own even if they are not agents. Can this happen, and if so, what forms do I need to use? The forms that I've seen my agent use have broker and agent info and signatures, so, seems like I need to use different forms.
