Hello, 

I'm Kerry and I'm a newbie to the Indy market. I've started out wholesaling probably about 2 months ago. So far, ive looked at a couple properties and JV on a deal that we're waiting on the seller to sign and get back to us. I havent done a solo deal as of yet and crossing my fingers still on that JV deal. Im here to network and learn as much as i can. Im a big Kiyosaki fan so of course ive read Rich Dad Poor Dad as well as Retire young, retire rich. I listen to several wholesaling podcast like max maxwell and wholesaling inc and just started binge watch bigger pockets on youtube.
