Help in finding an investor to buy land

Hello! I am looking for advice on how to find an investor to purchase land. How does it work? Is there a set timeframe on starting to pay back the investor for the land? This is to expand my business and want to make sure that I am on the deed for the land and the investors name will be taken off after I have paid for the land in full. An investor is needed to purchase the land, I will take care of the building. Any advice would be great! Also, advice on foreclosure or Bank owned properties and how that process works. I am looking for land close to Dallas, TX.
