Finding the Deals
Hello everyone. I am just starting out as an investor. I've spent countless hours researching and learning as much as I can about REI. Here's where I am stumped. I have a hard time finding comps for the properties that I find. I cannot seem to find a realtor who is willing to work with me and send me comps on so many properties. Is there a way around a realtor and unreliable websites such as Zillow and Zestimate? Because of the areas that I am looking in (Louisville, Indianapolis, Cincinnati) there aren't too many comps on those websites and if there are then they are way outdated. I can find the properties, just can't find their value. Please help!
