Converting commercial warehouse to Climate control self storage

I need help converting my commercial warehouse into climate control self storage.  I want to be sure I do it right from the beginning. I have put together some basic layout plans from (Mini Storage Outlet).

Does anyone have recommendations of any architects that specialize in self storage planning? I want a detailed plan that I can begin putting out for bids or partnering with exclusive commercial contractor?

You'll be ahead of the game by skipping an architect and going straight to a self storage conversion kit manufacturer like Trachte or Janus.  If you provide them with a scale drawing of your warehouse they will design a kit to fit and can either send you the building (for which you can get bids for erection of it) or they can provide you with a building and labor quote.  THey will provide engineer stamped drawings for your state as part of the whole package.
