I have very little money, but I want to real estate invest, like

Posted

Hi Everyone! I'm new to BP and just like a lot of people, I have read books, have been to YouTube University, and now I'm ready to start investing! Problem is, I have SO MANY unanswered question.

These are my interests: I would like to wholesale, fix and flip, buy and rent for AirBnB, etc.  If anyone can please help me out in either one of these, to get me started....I'm in the Phoenix, Glendale, AZ area.  I understand the major points on how each one is worked but I have many gap questions about Title companies contracts, buyers, lenders, etc.  Please send help! I have had my real estate license before and I understand a bit of how real estate works so I know I can acheive in investing....I just need a little guidance.  Starbucks on me!
