Calculating 1% for Potential Multi
Just a clarification question that I think I’ve found already but want to verify. When calculating the 1% rule, am I using:
1. The purchase amount
2. The loan amount (after down),
or
3. The total cost of loan w/ interest at end of term (pretty much positive it isnt this one...)
Thanks!!
