New investor in St. Louis, MO

I've been on Bigger Pockets for awhile but this is the year that I make the investing plunge. I'm getting my LLC together, and trying to absorb as much information as I can. I'm also going to join my local REIA when the group meets in a couple of weeks.

I would love to find a mentor in the St. Louis area. While I certainly want to learn to do things right, I also want to provide value to a mentor so that it is a mutually beneficial relationship.
