Hi Everyone, my name is Eric Miller and I am a newbie to the real estate investing world. I live on the West Side in Pacific Palisades and am eager to learn as much as I can and meet some great people in this space. If there's anyone in the same overall area and would like to meet over coffee and wouldn't mind helping a guy learn some of the ropes, that would be awesome and so appreciated!
