Process for Finding Who's in Charge of an Estate?

Hi, BP:

I've been direct mail marketing about two months now, and have skipped all of my list that included trusts, estates, and probates. I'm now looking to hit those this week and the next, but am drawing a blank on how to find out who is in charge of the properties? Many times the mailing addresses are the same as the properties I'm trying to get.

If this has been answered previously, please link me to that forum,

Thanks all,
Amber
