HELOC Income Verification
Hi All...I'm looking to take some money out of my home to start investing. I have about 130k in equity. I resigned from my teaching job after 20 years because I am burnt out. My last paycheck was July 31. Credit is 750. Is it possible to hurry to get a HELOC now? Will they use pay stubs or will they call to verify? My husband's name is not on our house because I bought it before we were together, so we can't use his income even though his income is sufficient to pay our bills. Thank you in advance.
