Hello everyone, Derek here, New to BiggerPockets and am grateful to find such a great resource! Very easy to navigate, sImple and direct, and no fluff! Really helps to alleviate much of the anxiety when starting out. I’ve owned a 2 family home for 3 years now in New Bedford, MA (about an hour south of Boston) and am ready to start my journey on the path to educating myself and further investing.
