Looking to Automate my Airbnb and Expand

I know this may be a bit of a twist but does anyone on here have tips on expanding their Airbnb Business. I’ve been managing my family’s Airbnb for about a year now and after attending YouTube University for the past 5 months I’d like to try expansion through ownership or renting. Any suggestions or strategies?
