Hello BP Member! I'm a real estate newbie that is still trying to learn everything they can. I have been looking and analyzing deals for practice, and am thinking about making an offer soon. The only problem is that I still have to figure out how I will finance my first deal. I was wondering how all of you found the money to conduct your first deal. I would love any stories or suggestions you might have. Thanks in advance!
