How to find the right Wholesaler Contracts to use in Pa

Well I live in Pennsylvania and I’m new to real estate. I’m starting from scratch as a wholesaler and the seller accepted my offer but I have no idea what Real Estate Sales Agreement to use for seller that protects me (wholesaler). What assignment contract to use for my end buyer please help me.
